The Etobicoke Dolphins Girls Hockey League has adopted an online background check that is mandatory for all volunteers.
All adults over the age of 18 years old and involved with the players must have Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) clearance. This includes Coaches, Trainers, Managers, Bench Staff, Dressing Room Moms, etc.
The VSS only needs to be done once every 3 years. However, at the beginning of each season each adult involved with the players must either complete the screening or submit a Criminal Declaration. Please contact your team’s Manager for more information on the Criminal Declaration process.
If there are any questions or concerns please direct them to either Debbie Boncheff All information submitted is kept strictly confidential.

The above link will take you to your RAMP login. You need to enter the RAMP portal and select Coach/Staff Registration – even if you have already registered. Within the registration process you will see a check box as identified below.
After selecting the checkbox you will need to make sure you have filled out all of the information on the form (I know it’s redundant if you have already registered but it’s how it works) – you will even have to select your team which it will tell you ” You have already purchased this package”. Then scroll down to the bottom and you will see the Continue button (if it is not activated this means you have not filled something out above). Hit Continue and it will prompt you for your CC information. Once completed you will receive an email from customerservice@tritoncanada.ca with a PDF that needs to be filled out. Fill out the PDF and send it to the email address identified (submit@tritoncanada.ca). You will receive a response within 4 or 5 business hours.
Note:
- For Rep teams please submit your receipt for reimbursement by the your team manager
- House League coaches and volunteers – please submit your receipt to Jessica Poffley, House League Director for reimbursement.
Thank you,
EDGHL Executive
