House League changes for 2015/2016 season!

Dear Dolphins Parents;

I am writing to you regarding our need to increase House League fees for the coming season.

As a non-profit organization, we are always looking for ways to be as efficient as possible with our funding.  These ongoing efforts ensure that we provide our community of players with the opportunity to play hockey, develop and have fun, within a reasonable cost.

As you may know, House League fees have remained the same for the last 7 years. However, ice costs have steadily increased each and every year since 2008.

Regarding House League enhancements, we have received feedback from you that indoor practices are desirable and will allow players more flexibility to attend. Based on this feedback, we have been hard at work on a plan that incorporates indoor practices into the program. I am pleased to announce that we have been successful in making this a reality for the coming season.  More details to follow  on indoor practices once the season begins.

After a careful review and analysis of the increased costs related to operating our House League Program, we have decided that an increase of fees is necessary.  We are confident that the updated fees are in line with other associations.

We are committed to our Vision and Mission of offering our players a fun, safe and affordable experience, to help them reach their potential, through a skill based hockey program supported by a cohesive accountable organization.

Yours truly,

Colleen Muise
